Hayes makes every effort to maintain pricing and warranties. However, we reserve the right to change pricing and warranties based on manufacturer changes or in accordance with company policies. The price and warranty in effect at the time of shipping will apply. Hayes Handpiece Co. honors all manufacturer warranties. Manufacturers may replace or repair products in accordance with their own warranty policies.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact your local Hayes office to discuss credit or exchange. Some return restrictions may apply including but not limited to manufacturer policies. A restocking charge may apply in some circumstances.
